I was thinking just the other day…

I have Asian articles and Fitness articles, so why not combine the two of them and do an Asian Fitness article?

So I did.

And here is the result.

We have five Asian female bodybuilders, two or three Asian fitness competitors, a few IFBB Figure Pros, female MMA fighters and Asian fitness models.

I notice that quite a few of them are from Canada.

Which goes back to my idea that Canada is trying to take over the world using beautiful women.

Anyway…here are Rebekah Kresila, Rin Nakai, Michelle Jin, Tanji Johnson, Denise Paglia and more Asian fitness beauties.

Rin Nakai

Rin Nakai – Female MMA Female mixed martial artist Rin Nakai fits into two categories

One…she is a female MMA fighter.

Two…she looks like she could go into bodybuilding if she wanted to.

Yeah I know, she maybe too big of a woman for some peoples taste.

Despite how big she looks in pictures though, Rin is only five foot one and weighs in at 145.

Her current MMA record is 16-2-1.

Rebekah Kresila – Asian Female Bodybuilder (FTV Video) Amateur bodybuilder Rebekah Kresila is from Cleveland, Ohio.

Rebekah is a certified personal trainer and has training as a classical pianist.

Brenda Raganot

Tanji Johnson – Asian Fitness Competitors Tanji Johnson is not only a fitness competitor, but a former American Gladiator to boot!

On American Gladiators, her character was „Stealth“.

She is of Black/Korean decent and was born in Bamberg, Germany.

In addition to being a fitness competitor and Gladiator, she is a personal trainer, NPC Promoter and writer.

Since American Gladiators, Tanji has gone back into competition heavy.

Tanji sponsored her own fitness competition in 2011, The Tanji Johnson Vancouver 2011.

Starting with the 2002 IFBB Arnold Classic And Internationals, Tanji has competed in almost forty competitions.

Michelle Jin – Asian Female Bodybuilder (FTV Video) This is Asian-American female bodybuilder Michelle Jin.

She was born in China, but moved to the US when she 18.

Michelle is competing in amateur contests right now, mainly in natural bodybuilding.

Other than that, I don’t have a lot of info on her.

Then again, her mass and definition speaks for itself.

Like Rebekah Kresila, Michelle does a lot of posing and wrestling videos.

Michelle Jin – Female Bodybuilding Satoko Shinashi

Satoko Shinashi – Female MMA Satoko Shinashi was born on January 29th (my birthday!), 1977 in Tokyo, Japan and is a female MMA fighter.

Mixed martial arts fighters have to be in shape, a lot of the fitness models use MMA training as a way to stay in shape.

Satoko is trained in Judo, Sambo (a Russian martial art), and jiu-jitsu in her matches, and is known for her armbars.

Her MMA record is 29-2- 2 with 23 of those wins being via submission and 17 of those submissions were armbars.

Pretty much if she gets an armbar locked in, it’s over.

Her only MMA losses were to Mai Ichii by decision and Hisae Watanabe by knockout.

Satoko’s last win was over Yukiko Seki (submission via arm bar) at Deep – 38 Impact on October 23rd, 2008 at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan.

Hisae was born on October 21st, 1980 in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan and shes a female MMA fighter and former kickboxer.

She has been competing since 2002 and in her first fight she was disqualified for using an illegal kick.

Satoko is a former DEEP Ladies‘ Lightweight champion and she has a MMA record of 19-6-0.

And yes, that leopard print two piece outfit is her standard fighting gear.

Jung Dayeon

Jung Dayeon – Asian Fitness Model Jung Dayeon is the woman who started the „momjjang“ (hot body) fad in Korea.

She transformed herself through exercise and diet, and is known as an expert on physical training and exercise now.

Jung has released a popular fitness book, a DVD called „Momjjang Diet“ and even been in a K-drama (in Korea) called „Aquarius“ where she played a fitness instructor.
